Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the LearningTangent.com (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, mailing address, phone number and email address. We need these in order to ship your order and communicate with you if something goes wrong.
We never sell or give this information without your express permission.
Subscriptions:
All subscriptions (except for lifetime subscriptions) are automatically renewing at the end of the term. We send renewal reminders via email prior to your being charged, and if you prefer to not have a subscription renewed, log in to your account at: https://learningtangent.com/my-account/ to make the necessary change.
Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription within 7 days of initial payment unless you have accessed digital products and within 30 days of payment at renewal.
- If you have accessed digital download products, we will refund a percentage of your subscription fee relative to what was downloaded.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time and receive a refund if our product is defective or differs greatly from the description, or if any of our terms and conditions of use and service change significantly relating to your subscription.
